If the competition you have chosen is not full by the countdown on the timer, an additional time frame will be added in order to be sold. If by then the competition is not completely sold out a cash alternative will be awarded but we will hope this will never be the case,you will recieve an email once we have sold all the tickets, just so we can keep you updated all the time, more information can be found in the terms & conditions.
Yes, once the competition is closed we will allow up to 48hrs before we go LIVE on Facebook. Each entrant who has answered the question correctly, picked your number, and signed up, will then be put on a spreadsheet, and this will be posted on our Facebook/website page for everyone to see. We then use Google’s random number generator to choose a winner. The registered date and time will be shown Live from Google search engine, all these in place is to show we are truly a 100% company and nothing can influence the outcome of the draw.
Once the live draw is completed and the name has been announced our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to organize the top prize to be in your possession, your prize will be either delivered or collected in person by one of 6star Competition team members within 7 days of the winner being announced.
Emails are automatically sent to you the 1st time you sign up with us so it makes life much easier when you have seen the next big competition you want to entre. As soon as payment is confirmed this email contains your entry number(s). If it did not appear in your Inbox, it is more than like in your Spam/Junk folder so keep an eye on this.
We know that Facebook and Snapchat are best to keep alert on the updates from us, the links to our social media accounts are on the home page to add on Snapchat and like on Facebook, oh yeah don’t forget to turn the notifications on.
